Hi, my name is Barbara Williams, I like to tell people I was born with dogs in my crib, what I mean by this is that from the day I was born we never had less that 4 dogs and, you know what, that goes for today also, I always have at least 3 Miniature Schnauzers!
I was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington in a community of immigrants from all different countries in Europe. I learned great values from my dad and also from all the Norwegians, Swedes, Italians, Greeks, Germans, Yugoslavians, and a few French, as for myself I am 2nd generation Swiss-German with my heritage from Giswil, Switzerland.
I am a Miniature Schnauzer breeder and an expert dog trainer for several decades, virtual dog trainer as welll, and from 13 years old when I purchased and professional trained my AKC German Shepherd Vonnie for obedience competition. Vonnie is an AKC 4 generation heritage of champions from Canada and the U.S, was a great trophy winner in the Novice obedience trials.
Well, as I got a little younger (ha ha) a little older I down sized from the German Shepherd, known as great guard dogs in the Working Group to the Miniature Schnauzer Terrier in the AKC Terrier Group also known for their history of being excellent guard dogs.
I love, respect, admire my Miniature Schnauzers they are a great pet, companion and psychiatric service dog, that are fantastic with infants, children, and every age of person going forward right through the senior years. I even had a 92 year old woman insist on adopting a AKC Miniature Schnauzer boy from me, who she was able to doggie door potty train in less than an hour!
I know it is hard to believe. However, for me I do not put anything past this super intelligent dog that ranks number 12 out of 199 dogs. In regard to ease of training and intelligence they are actually 2nd to the top of the 2nd Group out of a 6 categories of working intelligence/obedience of dogs. That is pretty smart!
I am now a Californian living in a small community a couple of hours outside the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California.

Our Schnauzer puppies have been adopted from various states like Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and as far north, south, east, and west in California our Schnauzer puppies are living in quality homes. And a great family from Mexico flew in to drive back to Mexico with their new Miniature Schnauzer puppy, Rita.
